- Forensic Assessments: To make it easier for children to talk about their abuse, BCAC coordinates a single multidisciplinary interview with a highly skilled and licensed psychologist or social worker.
- Medical Examinations: Our forensic pediatrician not only examines children for signs of sexual abuse, but she also checks for other untreated medical conditions. Medical exams are at no charge to the family.
- Child Care: All families are provided free of charge on-site child care services while at BCAC.
- Crisis Intervention and Case Management: BCAC offers help desk services and community resource referrals so that families may stabilize and deal more effectively with the investigation process.
- Treatment Referrals: BCAC refers to children and their families to appropriate, affordable, and accessible mental health care, from among our many local treatment partners.
- Parenting groups: Call to check availability
- Diva Program: Supportive, confidence enhancement group for teenagers.
- Scheduled prevention classes: Call to check current availability or to schedule a custom presentation for your organization or group.
- Prevention Curriculum for young children: Call to check for availability.
